Founded in 1988, Urban Peak is the only non-profit organization in Denver that provides full services for youth ages 15-24 experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Their goal is to help youth overcome real-life challenges by providing essential services at little or no cost to them. These services include overnight shelter, a daytime drop-in center, street outreach education, employment programming, and supportive housing. Urban Peak’s programs and services are founded on the principles of trauma-informed care and positive youth development while assisting youth in reaching their potential and living a successful life off of the streets.

Colorado REALTORS® are working to help reduce the threat of wildfires in our communities, find educational resources to share with homeowners about wildfires, and find more ways to become involved in the community in preventing wildfires. In response to the Marshall and Middle Fork Fires, the CAR Foundation created the Boulder County Relief Fund and provided over $100,000 directly to victims of these catastrophic fires.
